Art Online is there to enable artists around the world to exhibit their artwotk for free. No commissions and no membership fees! The artist may deal with any potential buyers directly. Art online is therefore not involved with any transactions. Each artist is responsible for all selling transactions, including shipping of artwork and dealing with any questions buyers might have. We have compiled a list of questions which we have recommended buyers to ask artists before they buy any artwork. Make sure that you are able to answer the following questions:

1. Is it possible to return an art piece? 2. If yes, how do I return an art piece? 3. What should i do if an art piece arrives damaged? 4. Do you ship internationally? 5. How is the cost of shipping calculated? 6. How many days will it take for my art piece to arrive? 7. What are the payment methods? 8. Will I have to pay tax?
